About Kyle Vergari:

Kyle is the owner of Your NEWtrition & FITness, and believes everyone has the power and strength to achieve more than they thought possible–it all comes down to determination and dedication.

Kyle earned his degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and is a certified personal trainer with American Muscle and Fitness Personal Training (AMFPT). He approaches his training programs with tenacity and purpose, by constantly putting the body into a position where it has to adapt to the training demands. While his dynamic approach, boundless energy, and challenging workouts are what get results, it is his passion and sense of humor that his clients adore!

Through his dynamic and innovative approach to fitness and his unwavering beliefs that all things are possible, Kyle will inspire, motivate, and challenge you to change your life by transforming your body!
